CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin 10mg peptide blend
CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin 10mg peptide blend: a research vial that pairs CJC-1295, built on GHRH, with ipamorelin, a ghrelin receptor peptide, never tested as a pair; Peptides Hanoi links four PubMed papers on them, from 1998 to 2009, three of them in people.

What is CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin?
CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin 10mg puts two growth hormone research peptides in one vial. No study has paired them, and the label leaves open which version of CJC-1295 the vial contains.
CJC-1295 copies GHRH, the body's own cue to release growth hormone, in a version built to last longer. Ipamorelin, five amino acids long, prompts the same release by another route: the receptor that ghrelin uses.
Two versions of CJC-1295 circulate. The one used in human research lasts longer because it latches on to albumin in the blood, and it goes by CJC-1295 with DAC. The other, without DAC and sometimes sold as mod GRF 1-29, has far less research behind it. This label does not say which is inside.
What the 4 PubMed papers cited for CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin looked at, 1998 to 2009
CJC-1295, 2006: a study gave it to young men and measured growth hormone, IGF-1 and the rhythm of growth hormone pulses over the following week. CJC-1295, 2009: blood proteins in 11 young men were compared before and after, in a search for new markers of growth hormone activity.
Ipamorelin, 1998: a study in rats and pigs measured growth hormone and cortisol, a stress hormone. Ipamorelin, 1999: a study in men measured how fast it cleared from the blood, and the growth hormone that followed.
These studies looked at separate peptides one at a time. The blend has no published trial, and the CJC-1295 human studies may not apply if the vial holds the form without DAC.

Reading the CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin record
The key question for this vial is one the label cannot answer: which form of CJC-1295 is inside. The human studies on this page used the long-acting form with DAC. If the vial holds the short form, those studies describe a different molecule.
The ipamorelin papers are older and small: one in rats and pigs, one on how quickly it leaves the blood in men. No paper studies the two peptides in one vial.
Questions about CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin
Does this vial hold CJC-1295 with DAC?
Its label is silent on that. Because the human studies used the version with DAC, they may not describe this vial.
Is there a study of the two peptides combined?
No. Each has its own handful of small human studies; none put the two in one vial.
How do the two peptides differ?
CJC-1295 copies GHRH, the body's signal to release growth hormone; ipamorelin acts through the ghrelin receptor instead.
